หอศิลป์มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรขอเชิญร่วมงานเปิดนิทรรศการเดี่ยว ‘Somewhere Only I Know’
โดย อุดมศักดิ์ กฤษณมิษ ในวันศุกร์ที่ 7 ตุลาคม 2565 เวลา 18.30 น. ณ หอศิลป์มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร นิทรรศการจัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 7 ตุลาคม - 14 มกราคม 2566 วันจันทร์ถึงเสาร์ 9.00 - 18.00 น. (ปิดวันอาทิตย์และวันหยุดราชการ) “Every something is an echo of nothing.” – John Cage หอศิลป์มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรเสนอ ‘Somewhere Only I Know’ นิทรรศการเดี่ยว โดย อุดมศักดิ์ กฤษณมิษ นิทรรศการซึ่งเปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้ชมได้เข้ามาสร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ในการรับชม กับผลงานหลากหลายรูปแบบของอุดมศักดิ์หลายๆชุดที่ไม่เคยปรากฏให้เห็นมาก่อน อุดมศักดิ์ กฤษณมิษ เป็นศิลปินที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับโลกตลอดช่วง 30 ปีของการสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน เป็นที่รู้จักจากผลงานจิตรกรรมที่มีรูปแบบเฉพาะตัวในการผสมผสานวัสดุอันหลากหลายที่ทั้งใกล้ตัว คุ้นเคย และผูกพัน เช่น ไม้ พลาสติก ผ้า กระดาษหนังสือพิมพ์ อาหาร สี หรือวัสดุเหลือใช้ต่างๆ วัสดุเหล่านี้ล้วนเก็บบันทึกความทรงจําและเป็นแหล่งแรงบันดาลใจในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทั้งสิ้น อุดมศักดิ์เกิดที่กรุงเทพมหานครเมื่อปีพ.ศ. 2509 สําเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี จากจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และระดับปริญญาโทจาก School Of the Art Institute Of Chicago ก่อนที่จะย้ายไปพำนักอยู่ที่นครนิวยอร์คในช่วงกลางทศวรรษที่ 1990 อุดมศักดิ์สร้างสรรค์ผลงานจิตรกรรมที่มีความโดดเด่นทั้งในรูปแบบและเนื้อหาในเชิงความคิด ผลงานนามธรรมที่ต่างแทรกซึมและเชื่อมโยงกับเรื่องราวที่รายล้อมชีวิตศิลปิน อุดมศักดิ์มีผลงานจัดแสดงทั้งในแกลเลอรี่และสถาบันศิลปะมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในปีพ.ศ. 2541 อุดมศักดิ์ได้ร่วมแสดงในนิทรรศการ Projects 63 ร่วมกับศิลปินอีก 4 ท่านที่พิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะสมัยใหม่ Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) โดยนิทรรศการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ The Elaine Dannheisser Projects Series ที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2514 เพื่อนำเสนอผลงานของเหล่าศิลปินรุ่นใหม่ รวมถึงการนำศิลปะร่วมสมัยเข้าสู่พิพิธภัณฑ์ ซึ่งปัจจุบันโครงนี้ยังคงดำเนินการอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่อง ตลอดช่วงเวลากว่า 30 ปีอุดมศักดิ์สร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่มักขยายแนวความคิดของผู้ชมที่มีต่อกรอบผลงานศิลปะที่เราต่างเข้าใจ ด้วยการเปิดพื้นที่การเข้าถึงผลงานในรูปแบบและลักษณะเฉพาะตัว The Art Centre Silpakorn University cordially invites you to the opening reception on Friday 7 October 2022 at 6.30 pm at the Main Hall of the Art Centre, Silpakorn University (Wangthapra). Exhibition will be on view from 7 October to 14 January 2023 Mon - Sat 9 am to 6 pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays) “Every something is an echo of nothing.” – John Cage The Art Centre, Silpakorn University presents 'Somewhere Only I Know' by Udomsak Krisanamis. This exhibition invites the audience to a new experience of Krisanamis's artworks, variety in forms and styles; some have never been exhibited before. Udomsak Krisanamis is famous for his one-of-a-kind mixed media painting that features ordinary, familiar and meaningful objects, such as wood, plastic, fabric, newspaper, food, colour and found objects. These objects collect the artist's memory and are sources of inspiration to the artist. Born in 1966, Krisanamis graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Chulalongkorn University and a Master's Degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago before moving and residing in New York during the mid-1990s. His works are outstanding for their form and conceptual idea, in which his abstract works are infiltrated and connected to stories surrounding him. Krisanamis's works have continuously been exhibited internationally in galleries and art institutions. In 1998, he was selected with another four artists for the "Project 63" exhibition at the Museum of Art (MoMA), which was a part of the Elaine Dannheisser Projects Series founded in 1971 to present young emerging artists' works and bring contemporary art to the museum. Over the past 30 years, Krisanamis has created artworks that provoke and expand the audience's perception of art and encourage them to experience it differently and individually. |

หอศิลป์มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร ขอเรียนเชิญเป็นเกียรติในพิธีเปิดนิทรรศการเดี่ยวครั้งใหญ่ กับผลงานชุดใหม่จากการสร้างสรรค์กว่า 3 ปีของ ธวัชชัย พันธุ์สวัสดิ์ Existence of Void โดย ธวัชชัย พันธุ์สวัสดิ์ ภัณฑารักษ์ : กฤษฎา ดุษฎีวนิช เปิดนิทรรศการวันศุกร์ที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2565 เวลา 18.30 น. ณ หอศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร นิทรรศการจัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม - 17 กันยายน 2565 วันจันทร์ถึงเสาร์ 9.00 - 18.00 น. (ปิดวันอาทิตย์และวันหยุดราชการ) จากร่างกายธรรมดาสามัญในความสงบนิ่ง การตรวจสอบตนเองได้เริ่มต้นขึ้นผ่านกระบวนการแห่งการกำหนดจิตที่ล่องเข้าไปสู่แก่นแกนภายใน ส่งผลให้ความรู้สึกของร่างกายเปลี่ยนผ่านไปสู่สภาวะเหนือตรรกะ เกิดการแตกตัว ขยาย พองโต จากจุดศูนย์กลางแห่งจิตที่ดำดิ่งลึก กระบวนการแห่งการเข้าถึงสภาวะภายในได้จากการนั่งกำหนดจิตตรวจสอบตนเองอย่างตรงไปตรงมาและเป็นปัจเจกถูกถ่ายทอดจากประสบการณ์โดยตรง และผันแปรออกมาเป็นผลงานประติมากรรมที่มีนัยสำคัญแห่งการขยายขอบเขตการรับรู้ของผู้ชม ธวัชชัยได้ท้าทายหลักการของทัศนียวิทยาด้วยการคิดหาจุดนำสายตาในสัดส่วนใหม่เพื่อให้เกิดการระเบิดของรูปทรงในมิติที่แตกต่างนอกเหนือการรับรู้ที่คุ้นชิน รูปทรงได้แตกตัวออกจากแกนกลางที่มีที่มาจากอัตราส่วนของร่างกายตนเองซึ่งมีความจงใจให้บิดเบี้ยวเพื่อหาอัตราส่วนใหม่ที่ไม่ปกติ ผลงานประติมากรรมจัดวางของ ธวัชชัย คือ การปะทะกันระหว่างความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ /คณิตศาสตร์ และความรู้สึกจากสภาวะภายในที่ได้จากการกำหนดจิตให้อยู่กับปัจจุบันขณะ ซึ่งผลลัพธ์ที่นำเสนอออกมาได้สั่นคลอน “หลักการ” ต่างๆที่อยู่รายรอบ ผลงานในนิทรรศการ Existence of Void คือ การสำรวจและฉายภาพของกระบวนการเดินทางเข้าไปสู่สภาวะภายในและนำเสนอประสบการณ์ที่ได้ประสบพบเจอโดยตรงของศิลปิน ธวัชชัย พันธุ์สวัสดิ์ โดยนิทรรศการนี้จะพาผู้ชมเข้าไปสำรวจสภาวะภายในอันซ่อนเร้นผ่าน “รูปกาย” ที่สะท้อนการเคลื่อนตัวทางความนึกคิดที่เป็นนามธรรมสู่รูปธรรม เป็นดั่งการร้อยเรียงในภาษาใหม่ที่ศิลปินจงใจสร้างขึ้นมาให้อยู่เหนือตรรกะและเหตุผลเดิม เพื่อให้ผู้ชมได้ร่วมสำรวจ ทบทวน และขบคิดถึงสภาวะภายในที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงกันระหว่างโลกภายในและโลกภายนอกได้ The Art Centre, Silpakorn University cordially invites you to the opening exhibition of "Existence of Void" by Tawatchai Puntusawasdi Curated by Kritsada Duchsadeevanich The opening reception is on Friday 22 July 2022 at 6.30 pm at the Main Hall of the Art Centre, Silpakorn University (Wangthapra) Exhibition will be on view from 22 July to 17 September 2022 Mon - Sat 9 am to 6 pm (closed on Sundays and public holidays) From the normal body wrapped in stillness, the artist investigates his own inner self through meditation which takes him into the inner core, changing the feeling of his body to a condition unexplainable by logic. It breaks, expands and inflates from the heart of the deep mind. The process of examining the inner conditions arises from meditation to examine the self in a straightforward manner and through individual experience, which is then translated into this series of sculptures. Tawatchai Puntusawasdi challenges the perspective theory by shifting the eye's focus in order for shapes to explode into unfamiliar forms. These shapes break from their cores, resulting in new shapes that are intentionally distorted and unfamiliar. Puntusawasdi’s work is a clash between science/mathematics and inner feelings arising from focusing the mind on the present. This process shakes the “evidence” in an interesting manner. Works in the exhibition, Existence of Void investigate and reveal the process of a journey into the mind, representing the artist’s own experience and encounter. The exhibition invites the audience to explore the inner condition that is hidden behind the physical, reflecting the importance of movements from the abstract to the concrete. It is an expression of a new language intentionally created by the artist to be beyond reason and logic, to let the audiences examine, review and think about the mind, which connects the inner world with the outer world. |

นิทรรศการทุนสร้างสรรค์ศิลปกรรม ศิลป์ พีระศรี ครั้งที่ 19 และ 20 นำเสนอผลงานของทั้ง 16 ศิลปินที่ได้รับคัดเลือกให้ได้รับทุนสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อดำเนินโครงการเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี ซึ่งโครงการที่ได้รับคัดเลือกจากคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเหล่านี้ ล้วนแสดงออกถึงกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์ที่มีความโดดเด่นและมีความน่าสนใจ ผ่านผลงานศิลปกรรมหลากหลายรูปแบบ รวมถึงประเภทการประพันธ์ดนตรี ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจากบริษัท ไอคอนสยาม จำกัด และคณะดุริยางคศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

The 19th and 20th Silpa Bhirasri’s Creativity Grants showcases artworks by 16 artists, selected by honorable judges in art and music for one-year creativity projects. All of these creativity projects distinctly show inspiring processes through various techniques and styles including a music composition grant with the supporting by Icon Siam Company Limited and the Faculty of Music, Silpakorn University.

This exhibition embodies how the artist’s mind operates in flashbacks, where images of Western culture are interjected by Eastern consciousness and vice versa. The featured works in fact overturn what is historically and culturally unthinkable, thus sowing the seed of possibility: what if the sun rises in the west? Consequently, the common aspects of different cultures prominently become the threads to weave a new Western/Eastern narrative by artist’s hand. |
THE 38th EXHIBITION OF CONTEMPORARY ART BY YOUNG ARTISTS

การเเสดงศิลปกรรมร่วมสมัยของศิลปินรุ่นเยาว์ได้ริเริ่มโดยมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนถึงปัจจุบันนับเป็นครั้งที่ 38 เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และให้โอกาสแก่ศิลปินรุ่นเยาว์ได้พัฒนาความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะให้ทัดเทียมระดับสากล โดยมีคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านศิลปะหลากหลายสาขาร่วมคัดเลือกและตัดสินผลงานที่เหมาะสมเเก่รางวัลต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ยังได้เผยแพร่ผลงานรางวัลจากการประกวด และผลงานร่วมแสดงต่อประชาชนทั่วไป เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจในคุณค่าของงานศิลปะ และเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาเพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะร่วมสมัยต่อไป ในครั้งนี้มีศิลปินรุ่นเยาว์ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด จำนวน 358 คน รวมผลงานทั้งสิ้น 519 ชิ้น จากการคัดเลือกและตัดสินของคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางศิลปะ ปรากฏว่ามีผู้ได้รับรางวัลทั้งสิ้น 14 รางวัล แบ่งเป็นรางวัลเกียรตินิยมยอดเยี่ยม เหรียญทอง “ศิลป์ พีระศรี” 1 รางวัล รางวัลเกียรตินิยม เหรียญเงิน “ศิลป์ พีระศรี” 9 รางวัล รางวัลสนับสนุนศิลปินรุ่นเยาว์ 4 รางวัล และผลงานที่ได้รับคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมแสดงทั้งสิ้น 65 ชิ้น นิทรรศการจัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 30 มีนาคม – 30 เมษายน 2565 เวลา 10.00 – 16.00 น. (เว้นวันอาทิตย์ และวันหยุดสงกรานต์ 13 -16 เมษายน 2565) ณ ชั้น 1 ศูนย์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 6 รอบพระชนมพรรษา มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร วิทยาเขตพระราชวังสนามจันทร์ จังหวัดนครปฐม หลังจากนั้นจะนำไปจัดแสดง ณ สถาบันศิลปะในส่วนภูมิภาคต่อไป THE 38th EXHIBITION OF CONTEMPORARY ART BY YOUNG ARTISTS Silpakorn University has initiated the Exhibition of Contemporary Art by Young Artists in 1984 with the objectives to encourage young artists aged not more than 25 to have a space to express their creativity. All works have been selected by honorable jurors from various fields of fine arts. There are 10 artists selected for award-winning entries, 4 artists selected for special award winning-entries. All of the awarded and selected artworks clearly present skillful techniques in diverse dimensions. The artworks can precisely show the perfect combination of contemporary art development and culture. All of these artworks not only show interesting techniques and content, but also be a remarkable step of contemporary art creation for the future. The exhibition will be on view from 30 March - 30 April 2022 at the Art and Cultural Center Commemorating the 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty The King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Silpakorn University, Sanamchandra Campus, Nakorn Pathom 10 am to 4 pm daily (closed on Sundays and public holidays). Then, they will be exhibited in provincial institutes. |

การแสดงศิลปกรรมแห่งชาตินับเป็นเวทีการประกวดระดับชาติที่มีประวัติความเป็นมายาวนานที่สุดในประเทศไทย และจัดการแสดงอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จนถึงปัจจุบันนับเป็นครั้งที่ 67 เพื่อเป็นการสนับสนุนและเปิดโอกาสให้ศิลปินไทยได้มีเวทีแห่งการสร้างสรรค์ในระดับชาติ โดยการส่งผลงานศิลปกรรมประเภทจิตรกรรม ประติมากรรม ภาพพิมพ์ และสื่อประสม เข้าประกวดโดยมีกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิร่วมตัดสิน และนำผลงานไปจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้สาธารณชนได้ชื่นชมผลงานศิลปกรรมอย่างกว้างขวางทั้งในส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาคอีกด้วย ในครั้งนี้มีศิลปินไทยส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด จำนวน 202 คน รวมผลงานทั้งสิ้น 277 ชิ้น จากผลการคัดเลือกและตัดสินของคณะกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางศิลปะ ปรากฏว่ามีผลงานศิลปกรรมได้รับรางวัลประเภทต่างๆ รวมทั้งสิ้น 18 รางวัล และผลงานที่ได้รับคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมแสดงทั้งสิ้น 63 ชิ้น ผลงานดังกล่าวจะมีการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ ณ พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ หอศิลป ถนนเจ้าฟ้า กรุงเทพฯ ในระหว่างวันที่ 16 มีนาคม – 17 เมษายน พ.ศ.2565 เปิดให้เข้าชมระหว่างเวลา 09.00 – 16.00 น. ทุกวันพุธ-อาทิตย์ (เว้นวันจันทร์และวันอังคาร) หลังจากนั้นจะนำไปจัดแสดง ณ สถาบันศิลปะในส่วนภูมิภาคต่อไป THE 67th NATIONAL EXHIBITION OF ART The National Exhibition of Art has been established continuously to encourage Thai people to learn and understand modern art and submit works for competition. This year, the exhibition has come to its 67th. The competition and exhibition have divided artworks into four categories, which are painting, sculpture, prints and multimedia. All of the artworks have been selected by honorable jurors from various fields of fine arts. The exhibition aims to enhance the art creativity and also promote knowledge of art appreciation to the public. This year, 202 artists submitted 277 pieces of works. There are 18 pieces of work selected for award-winning entries, while 63 pieces are selected to showcase together on the exhibition. The exhibition will be on view from 16 March - 17 April 2022 at the National Gallery in Bangkok, 9 am to 4 pm daily (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). Then, they will be exhibited in provincial institutes. |
